Sparking Capital is an early stage, Venture Capital micro fund backing entrepreneurs with unique industry insights, powerful vision, passion, courage and excellence in the execution of their plans. Sparking Capital focuses on pre-seed & seed investments. We are industry agnostic but have a preference for investments in consumer internet, marketing-tech, supply chain-tech, fin-tech, property-tech, circular economy-tech startups with differentiating value propositions, disruptive business models which have the potential to become national champions and/or scale up fast internationally.

We are a project aimed for disruptive businesses at the beginning of the road: young entrepreneurs with revolutionary ideas in the technology area, in the MVP or prototype stage, with the vision of having an impact in society and with the passion to turn this desire into reality. ROCA X is building a solid and much needed bridge for startups between the support offered by business angels which are nurturing ideas in their infant stage and the upper stage VCs providing growth support for the companies teenage times.

PRIMAINVEST CAPITAL MANAGEMENT SRL is particularly interested in investing in the local and global capital market, in companies with growth potential or in fundamentally undervalued companies. We also have a special interest in the venture capital investment area in innovative start-ups (pre-money, seed capital) in areas such as online business, fintech, heatcare. We engage in startup projects with business experience accumulated in hundreds of consulting and investment projects, facilitating access to a solid network of professional collaborators and playing the role of an active investor.

TechHub - organizer of Startup Matchmaking Event - is the global community for tech entrepreneurs and startups. TechHub's approach is different to that of an accelerator - we don’t take equity, invest in or impose success metrics or membership time limits on our startups. We work exclusively with tech product startups and scale-ups by understanding the process they go through and the needs they have at each stage. We support startups across all stages of their development - from ideation to exit.
