So far, Lucernus has validated the idea of Altvexa, a SaaS platform, through direct discussions with potential clients and by developing a pilot project for a physiotherapy clinic, where we are building an ERP system for managing patients, employees, appointments, and expenses. From this process, we gained a deeper understanding of real market challenges and the need for customized software solutions, as well as the difficulty many businesses face in finding reliable and trustworthy providers. Thus, we shaped a business model where, using the Altvexa platform, we generate project specifications that can be directed to specialized partners, with Lucernus acting as the intermediary and quality guarantor. In parallel, we are preparing an internal team capable of ensuring project completion in unforeseen situations. These achievements have confirmed both the opportunity and the right direction for developing Altvexa as a platform that addresses a concrete market need.
