We created a new alternative retail channel that sits between the brick and mortar store and the vending machine, we are none of them but combine the best of both. The stores are thought to serve not only underserved communities and get the retailers connect with customers in places they couldn't easily do it with a regular store, but also serve clients that live in the city and don´t have easy access to their favourite brands, non stop.
Picture this: you are running out of milk and diapers for your kid or you just want a chocolate from your favourite brand and you just go down in your neighbourhood and buy it. Automated and open for you anytime of the day. Now imagine a similar store at a festival, or a 24/7 CocaCola or make up store in the city center. This is what we offer.

What we have achieved:
We tested the solution with a closed group of 100 customers who had access to buy from the automated store with a loyalty card we specifically created for the testing phase.
We wanted to ensure the technology works smoothly and understand the B2C customer adoption and acceptance. 100% success, clients just love it.
We then successfully opened the store 24/7 to all the community neighbours and they are already used to buying from the store.
We are delivering a second automated solution to a Factory in Brasov, this was
commissioned by the general manager who wants to implement a system that limits his
staff´s access to high value stock items
We are part of the 7th cohort at Rubik Hub accelerator program, alongside other 12
