The Romanian Filmmakers Union is a non-governmental organization, whose mission is to protect the creative and professional activities, of the moral and material interests of the Romanian filmmakers. It is an autonomous body, barring any unwarrantable interference from administrative bodies.

Founded in 2005, in Bucharest, the Agency is one of the most competitive casting and talent agencies in Romania and Eastern Europe. Since then, they have focused on raising the casting process in Romania and Eastern Europe to international professional standards, by providing proven experience in organizing the casting process for long and short movies, commercials, music videos and television. The portfolio includes casting for over 500 productions for major film studios and production companies, for such names as Universal Studios, HBO and Netflix, covering leading roles, supporting roles, as well as extras and special extras. For added value, the Agency has created THECASTLIST.com, an online platform unique in Eastern Europe, that provides the necessary resources to complete the casting process quickly and easily.

The Union of Phonogram Producers in Romania is the first non-profit professional association established by the music producers in 1996 with the scope to protect and promote the professional, cultural and moral interests of its members based on the mandate awarded for managing their related rights and participating at the anti-piracy activity.

Copyright in Cinematography and Audiovisual - Society of Romanian Audiovisual Authors was established as a non-profit association in 1996, through the free association of authors of cinematographic works and other audiovisual works.

UPFAR-ARGOA is a collective management body that represents copyright and related rights of producers of audiovisual works and/or videograms.
