The Union of Romanian Architects (UAR) aims to promote architecture and urban planning as fields of culture, as well as to protect the built heritage and the landscape. UAR is a professional association of creators, apolitical, independent, with legal personality, which carries out an activity of public utility for an unlimited period, having its own budget and patrimony.
